GREETINGS TO THE PEOPLE OF IDAHO!!

Activist put themselves in jeopardy every time they venture out to hold the police accountable. It takes lots of courage to do what they do and many have been assaulted, arrested, or even had their lives ruined by the ''thin blue line.''
So speaking on my behalf, I would like to dedicate this website to each and every civil rights activist, for their willingness to fight tyranny. And also those who came before them, and those who will follow after them.
And I am also dedicating this website, in loving memory of all those who have been victimized by police brutality, and have lost their lives. BREONNA TAYLOR, GEORGE FLOYD, AHMAUD ARBERY, RAUNTE WRIGHT, RAYSHARD BROOKS, DANIEL PRUDE, ATATIANA JEFFERSON, AURA ROSER, STEPHON CLARK, BOTHAM JEAN, PHILANDO CASTILE, ALTON STERLING, FREDDIE GRAY, TANISHA FONVILLE, ERIC GARNER, MICHELLE CUSSEAUX, AKAI GURIEY, GABRIELLA NEVAREZ, TAMIR RICE, MICHAEL BROWN, TANISHA ANDERSON, and many others. Your lives will live on, and we will continue to fight for justice and equality.
In effect, it's my goal through this website to raise public awareness, on how to deal with the police and all public officials, and to better also to teach you to understand your civil rights.
Although this website may draw some attention and criticism from boot - lickers, cop - suckers and the police. Actually this website is meant to educate the general public.
And in doing so, I'll attempt in some small way, that with the help of this website, the general public can use its combined efforts to help move that ''immovable object'' themselves.
And along the way I'll also provide some advice and considerations, one can encounter when having to deal with the police and public officials, whether you find yourself as a suspect, victim, or a witness.
I will also teach you how to hold public officials accountable for their actions, when they violate your constitutional rights.
My goal is, in this project is that you find this website useful. And I am hoping by the time this website reaches its capacity to the masses online, that the supreme court case law known as; Terry V.S. Ohio and every unconstitutional supreme court case law will be over turned and abolished in all 50 States.
DISCLAIMER!!
This website is not meant to be an authority on law and any misinterpretation is purely accidental. The opinions in this website are my own, based on my own observations, and extensive research.
I believe that law enforcement and all government officials (also called public servants) should be held to the same standards as they hold us, if not higher. And anyone who chooses to abuse their power in anyway, must be exposed and brought to justice.
Public servants are held to a higher standard, because they work for us. But yet almost all of them are very passive aggressive, and their are a lot of bad public servants and they have made their way up to the ranks, and some of them are sergeants that are leading with bad examples of passive aggression.
In the United states of America, innocent citizens are being harassed, detained, handcuffed, arrested, pepper-sprayed, struck by batons, tased, jailed, placed in a coma, having their lives ruined, and needlessly losing their lives at the hands of oath breakers.
There is more activism in the United states today than we have seen since the black freedom and justice campaign that so deeply impacted our nation during the tumultuous twenty year span of 1953 to 1973.
United states activism today expresses frustration and even rage over a broad spectrum of oppressive systems that abuse an enormous number of people.
Most of these systems that are intimately related to one another, though their convergence is not well understood or identified in public discourse.
It is my contention that if activism is to move our nation toward a genuine experience of equality, justice and the beloved community, we must deliberately employ the nonviolent civil resistance.
This is soul force (satyagraha,) a term invented by MOHANDAS GANDHI that pulls together his experiments in bold, creative, and carefully planned actions that can dismantle unjust systems and provide breathing room for new life- affirming possibilities. That sense of momentum and growing energy is what marks a movement.
Like the black freedom movement, the abolitionist movement against slavery, or the farm workers movement, movements are forces of collective energy, channeling deep emotions, like anger, love and mobilized by hopes and dreams for -scale change.
Their is great power in movements, 1st amendment auditing is an idea for pursuit for change, 1st amendment auditing was started with an idea, and was given life by the same masses of the people who follow it.
We are told to remember the idea, not the man, because a man can fail, he can be caught , he can be killed and forgotten, but four hundred years later, an idea can still change the world.
I've witnessed first hand the power of ideas, I've seen people kill in the name of them, and die defending them. But you cannot touch it, or hold it. Ideas do not bleed, they do not feel pain, they do not love. And all movements start with an idea, and the idea will always grow beyond those who first thought of it. And will eventually lead to real change.
BLUE LIVES DON'T EXIST, YOUR CAREER IS A CHOICE!!
WE THE PEOPLE WILL NO LONGER LET YOU TREAT US THIS WAY, WE HAVE THE POWER TO FIGHT BACK!!
WARNING!!
If you are willing to fight for your rights and others, then be prepared for retaliation from your public officials by throwing you in jail. If they are able to arrest JESUS CHRIST and kill him, for doing nothing wrong!!
Then the system that has failed us, will do the same to you.
But we must defend ourselves, just as JESUS CHRIST did when he said ''If I have spoken evil then bare witness against me.''
These words in this website are hymns of freedom, sing them, chant them, use them next time you encounter a cop, and if you are able to avoid it, go home instead of jail.
However, if this arises follow the steps on what to say and on what to do in this website.
I am very passionate on wanting to help people understand what their rights are, and what to do when they are violated. So in order for everyone to understand my mission, I will use this as a scenario.
Just as JESUS spoke to his disciples and said to them, ''Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son And Holy spirit.'' Teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.
And in the same way, I want you to learn everything that I am teaching you and go out into your neighborhoods, cities, and states and make 1st Amendment Auditors, Cop Watchers, Independent Journalists, and Activists. And Make A Community, Make An Army!!

ANONYMOUS CITIZEN

My Fellow Colleague, Anonymous Citizen Had This Idea That He Wanted To Teach As Many People To Become Active Upon Learning On What Their Rights Are, By Making An Army Of Activist.
I Was Intrigued By This Idea, However, I May Not Agree On Everything Anonymous Citizen Is Wanting To Teach Us.
But Then Again, I Never Really Been Acquainted With Anonymous Citizen.
Long Ago, Their Was A Social Media Platform Called: Freenet And This Social Media Platform Was Created By Other ANONS.
Sadly Though The Feds Didn't Like The Whole Thing About Us Activist Having Our Own Social Media Platform.
But This Is Where I Was Informed About Anonymous Citizen, And The Rest Of The Activist.
But Their Is So Much That I Could Say About What My Colleague On How He Is So Passionate On Wanting To Help Those Whose Rights Are Being Violated, Anonymous Citizen Decided To Move His Website To The Dark Web, He Was Alarmed That Someone Might Hack His Website And Find His Exact Location.
So I Took It Upon Myself To Take Over His Project, On Teaching Others To Build An Army Of Activist In There Neighborhood, Cities, And States.
By Doing This, I Will Be Unmasked, Which Means Some But Not All, Will Know My Identity.
And That Is A Risk I Will Take To Help Others, I Will Lose My Anonymity By Making Videos And Live Streaming.
But It's A Risk Well Worth It, Because I Myself Will Not Go Down Without A Fight!!

Bringing Awareness About
Freedom Of The Press
Through
Activism
The Whole Point Of The Constitution is, To Establish And To Protect Our God Granted Rights.
So Through The Constitution We The People, Created A Government Of The People By The People And For The People, The Number One Duty That We Install In The Creation Of Our Government, Through It's Elected Functionaries Is That They Swear An Oath.
This is Important, That They Defend The Constitution Of The United States .
And If It's On The State Level, Then It's The State Constitution.
And It's In Their Oath That They Took , To Up Hold And Protect Our Rights.
If You Look Up, United States Code Title Five, You'll Find What Is Called:
The Oath Of Office, For Everybody That Functions In The Federal Government Under The States, You're Going To Find It Under The State Statues.

And It Says Right In There, The First Thing Is That They Must Do Is Swear An Oath .
To Support And Defend The Constitution Which Means The Rights Of The People Is Their First Duty, Their For To Ensure That Our God Given, Granted Rights Are Protected.
That's The Whole Point Of The Constitution, The Constitution Is To Ensure That Our God Given Granted Rights Are Protected.
And Remember, The First Amendment What This Does For Us Is It Gives Us The Right To Redress Our Grievances Against Our Government.
Why Is The First Amendment So Heavily Under Attack?

Because Without The First Amendment, You Don't Have A Second Amendment, Or A Third Amendment And A Fourth Amendment If You Don't Have The First.
Because Nothing Else Is Able To Support It, If You Don't Have The First Amendment To Redress Your Grievances And Speak Freely, Then You Have Nothing Else.

Who Do The People Complain About The Most On A Daily Basis, That Have Taken An Oath To Protect Our Rights?
The Executive Branch Of Government, And This Is Where The Police, Leos ( Law Enforcement Officers ) And The Prosecutors Are.
And This Is Where We Get The 1st Amendment Auditors, Exercising Freedom Of The Press Through Activism, By Holding Our Government Officials Accountable For Their Actions.

Justice Is Coming!!

Auditing Our Government Officials
1st Amendment Auditing, Also Known As An Employee Conduct Check.
These Are Independent Journalist Exercising their Freedom Of The Press Through Activism.

What These Independent Journalist Do, Is That They Will Go Inside A Public Building, Which Is Owned By The People.
And To Check Upon All Public Servants And Public Officials, Whether They Are Conducting Business With The Public Justly Or Not, In Their Line Of Duty.

I Remember Working For This Company Long Ago, And It Had To Do With working With Kids Who Were Disabled, And We Were There Care Givers Helping Them Out In Their Daily Tasks In Life.
And From What I Understand This Was Like A Group Home, Where These Kids Lived At And Instead Of Putting Them Into The Mental Hospital They Were Now Making Group Homes For These Disabled Kids.
And I Remember Every Six Months The Company Would Be Audited By The State, Heath And Well Fair And Who Ever Else Was Auditing The Company Would Tell Us They Would Be Coming In Advance, And Sometimes They Would Give Us The Exact Day But However, They would Not Announce What Exact Time They Would Be Showing Up.

I Remember When They Were Auditing Us, We Did Not Speak To Them And They Would Not Interact With Us.
They Just Watched Us Do Our Work, And They Were Taking Notes On How We Were Taking Care Of The Kids.
I Have Been Studying And Watching Different Activists On You Tube, On How They Perform An Audit.
And I Will Admit, Some Of These Activists On You Tube Are Just In It For The Money And Fame.
And Are Not Real Activist, They Are Simply Putting On A Show For You On This You Tube Platform.

From What I Have Seen With These Activists Doing A 1st Amendment Audit, ( Also Known As An Employee Conduct Check ) On Our Public Servants And Public Officials In Their Line Of Duty.
Some Have Different Ways Of Going About On Implementing A 1st Amendment Audit, Some Will Go Inside A Public Building And Film Their Interactions With These Public Servants While They Are Doing A Freedom Of Information Act ( F.O.I.A. ) Or They Will Gather Information On How These Public Servants And Public Officials Interact With The Public And Create A Story.

From Doing My Research, By Watching Different Activists Doing An Audit, I Came To The Conclusion That All Of These Audits Fail.
And The Reason Why Is Because These Public Servants And Public Officials Don't Know Our Rights, Or They Really Don't Care About Our Rights.
And If This Takes Places, Then What These Activists Need To Do Is Follow Up With There Story Upon Making A Civil Litigation Law Suit Against That Public Department Or That City That Have Just Violated Their 1st Amendment Right On Freedom Of The Press.

And This Is Just My Personal Opinion On How I Would Do A 1st Amendment Audit, The First Thing I Would Do Is If I Lived Close Around The Area Regardless If I Lived In That Town Or Not, I Would Call Them And Explain To These Public Servants Or Public Officials That I'm An Independent Journalist And I'm Going To Be Coming In At This Exact Day, And That I'm Working On A Story Right Now But Do To The Fact That I'm Working On It, I'm Not Able To Give You Any Information About What The Story Is About At This Time.
I Would Also Make A Badge, But I Would Put The Name Of My You Tube Alternative Channel On It Which Could Also Be Your Brand Name As Well. But I Would Never Give Out My Real Name Or Have My Real Name On My Badge, This Is Your 4th Amendment Right Not To Give Out Any Personal Information To Anyone.
1ST AMENDMENT AUDITORS!!
I Wanted To Update Everyone, Upon What I Have Learned With Activism Through Freedom Of The Press.
If You Remember I Encouraged Everyone To Go To An Activists Website And As Well To Educate Yourselves By Watching All Of His Videos On Social Media.
From What My Young Colleague Has Told Me, The Activist From Social Media Known As Delete Lawz Has Over 14 Years Of Knowledge, And This Is Why I Encouraged Everyone To Get Involved And Make A Community And Make An Army Of Activists In Your Area.
But It Seems That My Other Colleague Known As Anonymous Citizen Has The Same Ideas Of Delete Lawz, By Teaching Everyone Upon Knowing Their Rights. And This Is Why Anonymous Citizen Wrote On His Website, The Epilogue On Creating An Army Of Activists.
You See, This Is What I Have Learned From Anonymous Citizen's Epilogue On His Website Known As American Gestapo. When He Wrote Make A Community Make An Army Of 1st Amendment Auditors, Cop Watchers, Independent Journalists And All Activists.
From What I Now Understand About 1st Amendment Auditing, Is That We All Play A Role In Auditing Our Government. And From What I Have Now Learned From Delete Lawz Is That When You Are Doing An Audit On The Government, What You Are Actually Doing Is What Is Known As The Hawthorne Effect.
Their Are Many Articles About The Hawthorne Effect, So This Is What We As A Community Of Activists Are Doing. When We Are Filming The Police, Government Officials And All Our Public Servants. We Are Doing What I Now Know As The Hawthorne Effect.

Justice Is Coming!!

Empowering Prison Journalists to Change the Narrative About Mass Incarceration
Prison Journalism Project provides incarcerated writers with the tools and training to establish themselves as credible journalists, so they can meaningfully particiapte in the decision making processes that impact them and their communities.
The prison industry is one of the biggest and least transparent businesses in this country and benefits from the fragmentation of information and news about those who are incarcerated.
There is a critical and urgent need to connect the dots between prisons across the country and bring transparency to an opaque industry.
Intentional, responsible and well-crafted journalism from within the incarcerated community can also break stereotypes and ultimately drive change.

Our Goals / Our Mission / Our Facts / Patriot Act
What is the definition of fear-mongering?
Fear mongering is the action of deliberately arousing public fear or alarm about a particular issue. The government will tell you insane statements like, "this is for your safety".
Benjamin Franklin once said: ‘’Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.’’
The USA/Patriot Act was passed just six weeks after September 11th because of panic by Congress. This was essentially an overnight revision to the nation’s surveillance laws that gave and expanded the federal government’s authority to spy on its citizens. Many senators complained that before this act was passed, they had little to no time to review or analyze it. The Bush Administration implied that members who voted against it would be blamed for future attacks against Americans and landmarks. Once again, another example of fear-mongering.
The Patriots Act increases the government’s powers to spy in four areas such as,
Records Searches
Secret Searches
Intelligence Searches
‘’Trap and trace’’ searches
What are the effects of checks and balances?
The government no longer has to show evidence that the subjects of search orders are "an agent of a foreign power.’’ Post 911 some requirements would protect Americans from this abuse of power. The FBI does not have to show reasonable suspicion that records obtained are related to criminal activity, much less the requirement for "probable cause" listed under the Fourth Amendment to the US Constitution. Surveillance orders can be based on one’s First Amendment activities such as books they read or websites they visit.
Why is the Patriot Act a violation of the constitution?
Violates the Fourth Amendment which says the government cannot search without a warrant and showing probable cause to believe a person has committed or will commit a crime.
Violates the First Amendment’s guarantee of free speech by prohibiting the recipients of search orders from telling others about these orders.
Violates the First Amendment by authorizing the FBI to launch investigations of American citizens for expressing their freedom of speech.
Violates the Fourth Amendment by failing to provide notice to persons whose privacy has been compromised. This notice is also a key element of due process which is a guarantee of the Fifth Amendment.
We see time and time again history repeating itself. The best way to predict behavior is to look at prior behavior.

Know Your Rights: Photographers

When in public spaces where you are lawfully present you have the right to photograph anything that is in plain view.
That includes pictures of federal buildings, transportation facilities, and police. Such photography is a form of public oversight over the government and is important in a free society.
Taking photographs of things that are plainly visible from public spaces is a constitutional right – and that includes federal buildings, transportation facilities, and police and other government officials carrying out their duties.
Unfortunately, there is a widespread, continuing pattern of law enforcement officers ordering people to stop taking photographs from public places, and harassing, detaining and arresting those who fail to comply.
Your rights as a photographer:

When you are on private property, the property owner may set rules about the taking of photographs. If you disobey the property owner's rules, they can order you off their property (and have you arrested for trespassing if you do not comply).
Police officers may not generally confiscate or demand to view your photographs or video without a warrant.
If you are arrested, the contents of your phone may be scrutinized by the police, although their constitutional power to do so remains unsettled.
In addition, it is possible that courts may approve the seizure of a camera in some circumstances if police have a reasonable, good-faith belief that it contains evidence of a crime by someone other than the police themselves (it is unsettled whether they still need a warrant to view them).
Police may not delete your photographs or video under any circumstances.
Police officers may legitimately order citizens to cease activities that are truly interfering with legitimate law enforcement operations.
Professional officers, however, realize that such operations are subject to public scrutiny, including by citizens photographing them.
Note that the right to photograph does not give you a right to break any other laws. For example, if you are trespassing to take photographs, you may still be charged with trespass.
If you are stopped or detained for taking photographs:

Always remain polite and never physically resist a police officer.
If stopped for photography, the right question to ask is, "am I free to go?"
If the officer says no, then you are being detained, something that under the law an officer cannot do without reasonable suspicion that you have or are about to commit a crime or are in the process of doing so.
Until you ask to leave, your being stopped is considered voluntary under the law and is legal.
If you are detained, politely ask what crime you are suspected of committing, and remind the officer that taking photographs is your right under the First Amendment and does not constitute reasonable suspicion of criminal activity.
Special considerations when videotaping:

With regards to videotaping, there is an important legal distinction between a visual photographic record (fully protected) and the audio portion of a videotape, which some states have tried to regulate under state wiretapping laws.
Such laws are generally intended to accomplish the important privacy-protecting goal of prohibiting audio "bugging" of private conversations.
However, in nearly all cases audio recording the police is legal.
In states that allow recording with the consent of just one party to the conversation, you can tape your own interactions with officers without violating wiretap statutes (since you are one of the parties).
In situations where you are an observer but not a part of the conversation, or in states where all parties to a conversation must consent to taping, the legality of taping will depend on whether the state's prohibition on taping applies only when there is a reasonable expectation of privacy.
But that is the case in nearly all states, and no state court has held that police officers performing their job in public have a reasonable expectation.
The state of Illinois makes the recording illegal regardless of whether there is an expectation of privacy, but the ACLU of Illinois is challenging that statute in court as a violation of the First Amendment.
The ACLU believes that laws that ban the taping of public officials''
public statement without their consent violate the First Amendment.

Photography at the airport
Photography has also served as an important check on government power in the airline security context.
The Transportation Security Agency (TSA) acknowledges that photography is permitted in and around airline security checkpoints as long as you're not interfering with the screening process.
The agency does ask that its security monitors not be photographed, though it is not clear whether they have any legal basis for such a restriction when the monitors are plainly viewable by the traveling public.
The TSA also warns that local or airport regulations may impose restrictions that the TSA does not. It is difficult to determine if any localities or airport authorities actually have such rules. If you are told you cannot take photographs in an airport you should ask what the legal authority for that rule is.
The ACLU does not believe that restrictions on photography in the public areas of publicly
operated airports are constitutional.

Is it Illegal to Take Pictures of People Without Their Permission?

Everybody's a photographer these days.
All it takes is a smartphone, and never in the history of the country have more people been snapping shots of themselves, others, and, occasionally, scenery. So how does it fall out legally when you take pictures of people without their permission?
It largely depends on where they are when you push the photo button.
Public Areas Are Fair Game
Is it illegal to take a picture of someone without permission? Generally, you can take any photos you want of people when they are in a public location, like a park, a beach or a city square. It's perfectly legal since they have elected to place themselves in a public location and have no reasonable expectation of privacy. If you snap a hundred pictures of people at a political rally, a marathon or a rock concert in the park, all is well and good.
People in public places have no reasonable expectation of privacy, including where they go, who they go with and what they do while there. For example, if you photograph a couple kissing on the beach and publish the photo in the newspaper, they cannot complain. They have no claim against you even if one of the two happens to be married to someone else and the marriage ends because of the photo.
Likewise, if you take photos of someone shooting up drugs, wearing a bathing suit three sizes too small, falling down drunk or smacking their baby, you are within your rights. The exception is when the person being photographed is in some particular part of the public space where he has a reasonable expectation of privacy.
Private Property Depends on Owner

The owner of private property, like a store or theater, controls whether you can take pictures there or not. Ask before you snap.
The owner has the right to kick you out if you take pictures without permission and, if you refuse to leave, you can be arrested for trespass.
This rule also applies to some businesses one thinks of as owned by the public, like a public library or a government building.
Public and Private

Legally, a "private place" is one where those present can expect to be safe from any recording without consent.
This definition includes places such as homes and hotel rooms.
In public places, most video recording is legal because, in the courts' view, it isn't reasonable that things done openly should be considered private.
According to a U.S. Supreme Court decision in Katz v. United States in 1967, "Generally, a person walking along a public sidewalk or standing in a public park cannot expect that his activity will be immune from the public eye or from observation by the police."
Open Field Doctrine

In public places, video recording is usually legal because being in public means you subtly acknowledge some of your privacy is compromised.
The Open Field Doctrine, a boundary used primarily in search-and-seizure cases, certifies that privacy can't be ensured in the public eye.
According to US Legal .com, this doctrine is defined as establishing that there is no right to privacy on an open field.
Taking Photos in Public

If you stand in a public place, you can usually take a photo of anything you can see.
That means in a public park, on a public beach, on a city street or in an outdoor spectacle, like a marathon, you can shoot photos to your heart's content.
Take snaps of trees and sidewalks, yes, but go ahead and snap shots of people, too.
Be a little careful however if you are using a telephoto lens. Just because your feet are on public land doesn't mean that you can shoot into private property.
